MIXED-USE MASTERPLAN

This mixed-use masterplanning project responds to the evolving needs of Bayswater North while carefully respecting the ecological and cultural significance of Bungalook Creek. The framework integrates 240 residential apartments, public buildings, and retail, arranged to embrace the wetlands as a defining feature of the site. The masterplan prioritises community by introducing a series of modest interventions, pathways, bridges, and landscaped connections that link buildings and public spaces, fostering interaction within a walkable precinct.
