Located on a prominent site in Doncaster, this seven-story development combines heritage with contemporary design. The red brick facade nods to the surrounding historic architecture, while introducing a modern, dynamic presence that enhances the streetscape.

The mixed-use development integrates retail, commercial spaces, childcare, and serviced apartments. The ground floor features flexible retail and commercial spaces, creating a lively environment for both residents and visitors. Above, serviced apartments provide modern, adaptable living spaces that cater to the needs of today’s urban lifestyle. The upper levels are dedicated to childcare, offering essential services to local families and completing the development’s community-focused approach.

On the top floor, a restaurant offers an elevated dining experience with expansive views of the city. The rooftop also includes a communal amenity space, designed for both relaxation and social interaction, providing a high-quality outdoor area that enhances the living experience.

Designed by us, this project aims to make a lasting architectural and urban contribution.
