Located within a growing suburban precinct, this large-scale mixed-use development occupies an 18,795sqm site and brings together healthcare, education, living and retail into a cohesive and legible urban framework.
The project is structured through a clear masterplan that organises diverse programs into a connected series of built forms. A hospital anchors the development, supported by university accommodation and residential apartments that introduce a постоян residential presence. Retail tenancies and communal spaces are positioned at ground level to activate the public realm, establishing a consistent interface between building and street.
Movement across the site is deliberate and intuitive. Pedestrian links, landscaped corridors and shared open spaces form a network of connections that encourage interaction while maintaining clarity between uses.
