MIXED USE
Located in Victoria’s Kangaroo Ground, this mixed-use hospitality project blends the charm of a working winery with boutique accommodation. SGKS supported the coordination of a change of use application, with a design approach that responds sensitively to the site’s rural setting through a restrained material palette and low-impact built forms. The masterplan features twelve private villas nestled throughout the vineyard, offering secluded retreats, alongside 70 hotel rooms connected to a central restaurant, and an artist’s residence positioned at the rear of the property.
