VAE REPORT
As part of a highly active corridor along Plenty Road in Preston, we were engaged to prepare Visual Amenity Evidence (VAE) to assess the visual impact of a proposed signage installation. The assessment tested the signage’s scale, siting and illumination against the existing built form, and a series of key pedestrian and vehicular viewpoints. The VAE demonstrates that the proposed signage achieves clear legibility and functional effectiveness while remaining proportionate, controlled, and respectful of the surrounding urban context.
