MULTI-RESIDENTIAL MASTERPLAN
A diverse collection of dwelling types are considerately arranged over a 16000m² site in Melbourne’s east. An abundance of shared green spaces surround two towers with 90 apartments and 30 terrace-style townhouses, all set to accomodate a thriving new community. SGKS designed both a masterplan for the large site as well as the architecture for a variety of detached homes, townhouses, row houses and apartments, engaging with the local council through the process which resulted in a successful planning permit.
