ABOUT THE POSITION.

  • Manage a talented team and deliver small, medium and large-scale projects across various sectors, including public buildings, mixed-use, and large multi-residential. This is an entrepreneurial role, giving you the autonomy to manage and deliver projects while coordinating with clients and consultants.

DUTIES.

  • – Lead project design, management, and documentation
    – Develop relationships with new and existing clients
    – Oversee construction administration and site coordination
    – Mentor junior staff, graduates and draftspersons
    – Deliver projects on time and within budget

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

  • – Revit proficiency
    – Strong technical knowledge and experience in medium and large scale construction detailing, -coordination and contract administration.
    – Proven leadership in managing project teams
    – BIM experience
    – Excellent communication and client management skills
