We’re excited to share that SGKS ARCH | SDA Architect has been engaged by the team at Cape to collaborate on a truly unique Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) project.
This is not a typical SDA development.
Together with Cape’s leadership team and participants, and alongside the exceptional team at Woh Hup, we’re exploring a new model, one that brings together thoughtful architecture, emerging technologies, and a genuine co-living approach to create a connected, high-quality community.
The vision is participant-led, grounded in real lived experience, and driven by a shared ambition to deliver something beyond compliance, a place that enhances independence, dignity, and day-to-day living in a meaningful way.
We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such a committed and forward-thinking project team.
